Clad in shiny glass and concrete, this "impressive" complex is two miles from the Research Triangle Park and "right off the expressway", making it "convenient for businesspeople" and conventioneers; fans appreciate the "extra-nice" service as well as the "good night's rest" its "basic" rooms provide, but while tennis courts, an outdoor pool and a walking/running track help keep road warriors in the game, athletic types feel a "free fitness room on-site would be nice."

Clean and good location for where I was doing business. I liked having Gold's gym right next door.
$ 7.00 charge for use of gym. Not much bad to say about my experience so I will nit-pick this one.

Beds are very comfortable. Everything is updated.
The drive off the main road is long and a bit secluded.
It is excellent value for the location, especially considering the free shuttle to the airport.

The room and lobbies were impeccably clean. The beds were quite comfortable (though not the best I've slept on). The walls must have been very sound-proof, as there were people in nearby rooms. The television was a nice size. The hotel provided a mini-refrigerator upon request. The vending areas were many and convenient. The bathroom, though very clean, was the only part that was only average. The ceiling in our bathroom seemed very low and the sink/vanity was in the same room as the toilet/tub, which is a little less convenient with more than one person trying to get ready in the mornings. ...read more
